Trampolines, air track, and spring floor will be used.

Class consists of a group warm up, skill breakdown, plyometric (jump) training, rolling drills, trampoline training, and backflip attempts into our safety equipment (airbag, landing mats, and spring floor). Spotting from a coach when necessary
Class is open to ages 7+
